ACADEMIC DRESS INFORMATION FOR
THURSDAY 27THt APRIL, 2017
STEP 1: BOOKING, PAYMENT:
You must book your academic dress BY THE FRIDAY 21STAPRIL, 2017 (via our online booking form on the next page)
Full payment (credit card) must be made when booking. Customers acknowledge that their credit card will be debited with replacements costs ($200.00) should they fail to return the hired academic dress after their Ceremony.
STEP 2: ACADEMIC DRESS & GUEST TICKET COLLECTION
To be collected from City Recital Hall, Angel Place,Sydney – Level 1 on
THURSDAY 27TH APRIL, 2017 FROM 3.00pm onwards
Note: if you are unable to collect academic dress in person, please send a copy of your order with the person who will be collecting on your behalf.
STEP 3: RETURN OF ACADEMIC DRESS
Academic dress must be returned to the same area as collection following the conclusion of your ceremony.
STEP 4: DRESSING ON GRADUATION DAY
Compass Staff will provide assistance with academic dress upon collection and will be available to assist before entering the auditorium for your Graduation Ceremony
STEP 5: ATTENDING YOUR GRADUATION CEREMONY
30 minutes prior to your Ceremony all Graduands must be registered, wearing their Academic Dress and be seated in the Auditorium
PURCHASE OF ACADEMIC DRESS
If you would prefer to Purchase your Academic Dress and not HIRE (as above), you must order by the 30thMarch, 2017.This can be arranged by completing the Academic Purchase form and emailing to firstname.lastname@example.org or by calling (03) 6226 2857
